Served as regulatory compliance manager for two petroleum hydrocarbon remediation projects in southern California. Provided technical assistance in preparing Remedial Investigation (RI) and Feasibility Studies (FS) for several military installations. Also, assisted in the preparation of numerous Environmental Impact Reports (EIR) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS). (1990 to 2002)

Co-founder of a company that developed and owned independent power production projects. Completed the first non-recourse project financing of a cogeneration project in 1984. Responsible for environmental permitting and regulatory compliance from initial development through construction, and operation and maintenance. (1981 to 1989)
